Nigella: 'I feel like an elephant'

Fans posted messages on the BBC's Points of View website last month accusing her of piling on the pounds as she whipped up high-calorie recipes on Nigella Express.
She said: "At home, I feel happy about my body. When I go into a clothes shop it’s a completely different matter. I get into a bit of a panic. Fashion is for thin people. My weight goes up and down. At times you’re bound to feel insecure."
She added: “If I’m anxious about things generally, I think I look like an elephant.”
The 47-year-old insisted that she has been enjoying a nutritious diet despite putting on weight, saying: "I eat healthily - it’s just that I eat enough for five healthy people.”
