The BBC has recommissioned Would I Lie To You? for its second series.
The comedy panel show - hosted by Angus Deayton - averaged 3 million viewers and a 16% audience share in its Saturday, 10pm slot on BBC One earlier this year.
An adaptation of a Radio 4 format, the show features two teams of celebrities, each telling the other a mixture of personal anecdotes and bizarre facts. The teams must successfully identify which of their rivals' stories are falsehoods and which are true.
Team captains David Mitchell and Lee Mack will both return for the new, eight-part run, while guests will include Frankie Boyle, Dara O'Briain, Rob Brydon and Jimmy Carr.
