Church's singing tutor Louise Ryan has revealed that the star is concentrating on motherhood following the birth of her baby girl, Ruby, in September.
"Charlotte has been asked by Channel 4 to return but she told them she had not decided yet," Ryan told Wales On Sunday.
"Charlotte and Ruby are joined at the hip and Charlotte says she does not want her new daughter being looked after by nannies. She is concentrating on becoming a mum. In fact, Charlotte told me she wants seven babies."
A spokesman for the programme's production company Monkey Kingdom confirmed: "No decision has been taken about the show."
Church attracted an average weekly audience of 2.4m viewers to the show, which aired on Friday nights.
