Parky to appear on Ross' chatshow
Michael Parkinson is to appear on Jonathan Ross' chatshow in aid of Sport Relief.

The TV veteran, who recently retired from his own long-running chatshow, will experience what it is like to answer the tough questions rather than be asking them.

A source explained: “Parky is easily telly’s favourite grand inquisitor but he rarely gets interviewed himself.

“Jonathan thought it would be a great idea to get him on his show for Sport Relief and turn the spotlight on him.

"Obviously, Parky’s no pushover so we’re confident there will be some interesting clashes."

The insider joked that Ross might also invite Emu onto the show. The puppet and Rod Hull famously riled the 72-year-old during an interview by attacking him.
