BBC Two has commissioned a second series of The Restaurant with Raymond Blanc.
The chef is now inviting applicants for the show which sees nine couples go head-to-head running their own eateries.
Over eight episodes they are set challenges and one team is eliminated each week.
The last left standing can go into business running a restaurant, with Blanc's support, permanently.
Blanc said he was looking forward to the second season.
"What I'm looking for are nine couples who have the potential to really put themselves into this and become the best.
"I am not looking for lots of prior experience in the industry, what I want is people who share my love for the world of restaurants and who will commit themselves wholeheartedly to the challenge of creating good food and excellent service."
