'Takeaway' leaves Ant & Dec exhausted

The TV hosts, both 32, return for a new series of their hit show tonight - but they are bracing themselves for feeling lousy at the end of each programme.
"Even the run down the stairs at the beginning of the show knackers me now," Dec told the Daily Record. "We started Takeaway when we were in our mid 20s and at this rate we'll be needing chairlifts to get us down the stairs.
"When we look back on the early series of Takeaway, we look so young. We think we look a hell of a lot older than we did when we first started. Now we are all craggy faced but every wrinkle tells a story..."
Ant added: "We're enjoying Takeaway more than ever but these days you do feel quite exhausted afterwards in the Green Room. You really notice the difference between doing a live show when you're in your 20s to being in your 30s."
Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway airs at 8.15pm tonight on ITV1.
