CNN International is this weekend debuting two new shows in its Sunday evening lineup.
Replacing the CNN/US Next @ CNN show at 20:30 BST is a new programme anchored by the ex-BBC World reporter Richard Quest, who has gained a reputation on the international news stage for his somewhat flamboyant approach to presentation and reporting. The new show, entitled Business Traveller, covers "every aspect of the transitory lifestyle of busy managers and executives."
After Business Traveller is a new half-hour series entitled Global Challenges, "featuring reports focusing on areas such as the environment, energy, communications, education, health and agriculture." The series is sponsored by EDF, and looks at how technology and science can improve quality of life as part of an examination of the principles of sustainable development.
