Next month a new generation will get to feel the power of the Gladiators. Sky One's revival will have all the loudness, Lycra and ridiculous names of the 90s classic - and now some can watch in glorious high definition too. In readiness, Digital Spy is introducing the "elite group of athletes" lined up to take on the Contenders.
First up is Enigma, hailing from Hertfordshire. She will apparently be bringing a philosophical twist to the show. Jenny Pacey, 25, is billed as "mysterious and beautiful, contradictory and unpredictable, impossible to capture".
