The Sky One series tested out their Lycra outfits on water events in rehearsals and ended up revealing one of the Gladiator's breasts, reports The Sun.
A source said: "We have to keep everyone decent. It’s a family show after all."
The revived show, which features members of the public competing against trained athletes, begins in May.
It will be hosted by Ian Wright and Kirstie Gallagher and the overall winner will earn £50,000.
