Jackie Collins has admitted that she is addicted to Gavin & Stacey.
The writer said she is a huge fan of the BBC Three sitcom, which was the big winner at last week's BAFTA Television Awards.
She said: "I'm obsessed with this new show in England - Gavin & Stacey. I love it so much. It's brilliant.
"My daughter brought it over at Christmas and I was watching the first season."
She added that she intends to buy the DVD when she flies to the UK next month, saying: "I can't wait to go over there and purchase it and bring it back for all my friends."
