The Mirror reports that Kay's show, titled Britain's Got The Pop Factor, will feature a girl band composed of elderly women and four black dwarves in a group called Men Two Boyz.
Kay will feature in the programme as a transsexual singer, while a woman will break wind to accompany the song 'She's Like The Wind'.
