Eight 30-minute episodes of the show, based on the real-life diaries of a high-class London prostitute, were given the green light before the second series airs.
Star Billie Piper will begin filming the third run early next year, just weeks after she is due to give birth to her first child with husband Laurence Fox.
She is currently shooting the second series and is believed to be using a body double to hide her pregnancy in some scenes.
A source told The Mirror: "Billie clearly isn't going to be a stay-at-home mum. She has already signed up for another series of Call Girl and there are other work offers that she is considering."
The Tiger Aspect show pulled in over 2m viewers for its initial outing in September, ITV2's highest ever numbers for an original commission.
