Warning: This entry contains spoilers about Heroes season four, episode seven that some readers may prefer to avoid!
With the knowledge that he is dying, Hiro is continuing his quest to right the wrongs from his past. He's already managed to kickstart a relationship between best friend Ando and sister Kimiko, as well as save ass-flashing colleague Tadashi from suicide, so what next?
Well, it's back three years in the past to a little diner in Midland, Texas...

... to save the love of his life, Charlie!

But the presence of Samuel only serves to complicate his mission further.

Oh look who it is... CHARLIE, DON'T GO INTO THE KITCHEN!!

Heroes continues Monday at 8pm on NBC. In the UK, season four airs on BBC Two from November.

To Joe, this is from episode 8 but since you are watching it at US pace then you should of known Charlie was back from watching episode 6!

Glad that Charlie is back. Kind of wondered why they never went back to her, she seemed interesting. I can't believe they killed Daphne, the speedster either, she was a really fun character. And what was the point of the muscle mimic in the 2nd series? She just disappeared! And yet Ali Larter turns up as someone new every year! Stupid writing, but I still kind of enjoy watching it.

Thanks for the warning. NOT. This is not from episode 7, probably episode 8, so thanks for spoiling that for me!

I'm hoping that Heroes is going to improve a bit. I felt it was getting a bit boring but maybe it might get a bit more interesting if Sylar gets back to his old loveable self. Rob

They messed up as in the heroes world i don't think it's even been 2 years since Hiro (from his perspective) first met Charlie right before Sylar killed her.
