On the season finale of 'Lost'...
Published Monday, May 11 2009, 15:58 BST | By Neil Wilkes | 6 comments
Warning: If you don't want to know what happens in the next episode of Lost, look away now!
A cracking season of Lost comes to a conclusion this week with a double-bill finale that includes several big surprises.
First and foremost, we'll finally be meeting the mysterious Jacob (after all, Locke's set off to kill him), but it also turns out he's already been a pivotal part of the lives of many of our favourite islanders.
Rumours suggest we can expect a MAJOR death in the finale - so soon after Faraday?! - that rivals Charlie in the emotional stakes.
Meanwhile, exec producer Damon Lindelof has confirmed that the time travelling storyline will come to an end. "And when it does," he said, "something very, very surprising will happen in its wake. It is a little bit of a game-changer."
Oh, and Rose and Bernard are back! Click 'play' below to watch the shortest of short previews:

Hit n miss (and far more miss) season. As for the death? Hmm... I want it to be Hurley, as he's so annoying, and that would certainly fit in with it being 'emotional'. Would be REALLY interesting if it was Sawyer, but that would never happen... would it? Jack/Kate/Sawyer have always been regarded as the safest of safe, but only Mathew Fox and Evangeline Lilly have contracts into Season 6... Otherwise maybe Desmond? - he hasn't really done anything this year, except gallantly save Penny :) Would be devestated if it was Desmond!

This seasons been really good - though I can't decide whether its down to being downright entertaining or being a U-turn in terms of plot and feel. Can't wait til Sunday!

Please don't let the major death be Juliet, I don't think I could cope.

We already know Jacob? I'm thinking Christian Shepherd then.
