Matthew is spetacular and I really hope that Jack's ending will be epic and spetacular too and that Kate will be there with him. Jack without Kate isn't Jack! She is his life, his love!

I like the actor very much but unfortunately his character can be a bit of a d*ck or just plain stuck up a lot of the time - sometimes it's not what he says - it's just the vibe he gives or the expressions that says, he don't think much of your intelligence or integrity or competancy. I liked him in Season One but then slowly as each episode passed, he became more stuck up, more obssessed, more reighteous and more of a general d*ck as the show went on. And Sawyer has gone the completely other way from a village baddie to heroic leader but at least in Sawyer's early days as a scumbag - he was a likeable and funny scumbag and his nicknames are legendary (hell they've got websites dedicated to his nicknames). Nowadays, Sawyer has become Jack without any of his hangups (the way Jack should have been portrayed throughout the show in my opinion) - e.g. his infatuation with Kate influencing nearly every decision he makes (whether a personal decision or a decision for the Losties as a group), his daddy issues, a constant chip on his shoulder, always insanely serious and intense. Sawyer is cool, calm and collected and he might still have feelings for Kate but he doesn't let it influence his decisions or cry about it like Jack in the Season Five finale.

After a couple of weak seasons it's very good now and i can't wait for the 6th season. Should be really great. He does seem tired but i love the fact he thinks about the show probably a lot more than most actors would think about their show.

I've watched all the episodes of Lost, but I can't understand what Matthew is actually talking about! Also, it was hard to hear what the reporter was actually asking him.

Loved the interview, he clearly thinks alot about the show and enjoys working it and the show which is good to see. Very natural interview... and intregues me for season 6.....
