How do you feel, Lucy?
"I've got mixed emotions about leaving the jungle. It's not great to be the first one out, but I'm really happy that I get to see my husband and my baby."
How do you feel about being the first jungle evictee?
"I'm gutted. I came so close to being out of Exile and out of the first vote. I came second in every single Bush Battle on the show. I can't believe it. It was all over a stick game, which is ridiculous."
What was your scariest moment in the jungle?
"The skydive was a massive, massive challenge. I'd never done anything like that in my life. I was absolutely pooing myself. Colin just jumped out of the door and it hit me that I was going soon. I hated it. Jumping out of the plane was petrifying."
What do you think of your skydiving experience now?
"It was the most amazing experience I've ever gone through. Once that parachute was pulled, it was unbelievable. It was fantastic. I didn't want to jump, but that freefall was unreal. It was amazing. I can't describe it. It was so emotional that I cried my eyes out."
Did Exile camp scare you?
"Well, the first thing we encountered were two or three rats, which didn't fill me with joy. We actually went on to eat a rat. That’s really bad, isn't it? But we were starving hungry and we had to survive."
What does rat taste like?
"You joke about people cooking rat in bad restaurants at home, but I didn't think it would actually happen in there. Who eats rat? In what country do you eat rat? To be honest, it was actually nicer than the crocodile feet. If I had to choose between the two, I'd go for rat over crocodile feet every time."
So what's the first thing you ate when you got out of the jungle?
"I had a Ciabatta roll with beef. A steak sandwich. It was weird but lovely."
What was your lowest moment in the camp?
"I remember there was one day that was just really bad. I woke up going, 'I need my family desperately'. I was aching in my tummy and I was aching in my heart for them. I just had this overwhelming feeling of home. It was tough."
What's the worst thing about living in the jungle?
"The toilet is disgusting in there. It’s like the worst public lavatory that hasn't been cleaned in 100 years. It's the worst thing you've ever experienced. And someone would wee on the seat! I sat on it and all of the backs of my legs were wet. I had someone else's wee on my legs and had to [wipe] it with a towel. Gross."
What do you think of Katie Price?
"Katie was desperate to fit into the camp, so she felt awful when she only got four stars in her first trial. I felt so sorry for her. She was really desperate to please us and she just wanted to be liked by us, so I imagine she kicked herself a little bit that day."
How would you describe her?
"She is a law unto herself. When Kim started to have a go at her, she didn't care. I would've been mortified. Katie just says, 'Yeah, maybe you're right', and carries on with her day. To be honest, I think Katie loves the attention. That's what she's all about. She goes down to the creek with see-through knickers. She can handle herself."
We're not seeing much of Jimmy White on the show... Does he actually talk?
"Jimmy is great. I had to do a Celebrity Chest with him and it was a tough, steep walk. Jimmy's not the fittest - and he'll admit that himself - but give him five minutes rest and he's fine. He's lovely."
I'm A Celebrity... continues tonight at 9pm on ITV1
