The TV chef said he would he particularly happy to star in the ITV reality show if his campmates included Girls Aloud.
The 48-year-old, who will next be seen in new UKTV show Rhodes Across China, told The Sun: "I am adventurous and I wouldn’t mind going in the jungle.
"It’s just the people I’d get lumbered with that worries me. I would always definitely, definitely go in if I could be with the Manchester United squad and Alex Ferguson. Every time.
"Or even a nice all-girl group like Girls Aloud but I don’t think my wife would be too pleased with that! I guess if it was both the Man Utd and the girl group it would diffuse it slightly."
Rhodes insisted that he would have no trouble with the Bushtucker Trials after trying snake soup during his travels in China.
