Eight of the ten celebrities heading off to the Australian bush for the second series of I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here! have been officially named for the first time.
Two more female contestants are being sought to equal out the current lineup, which has a 5/3 male bias.
As expected, ex-EastEnder Danniella Westbrook and chef Antony Worrall-Thompson head up the group, joined by weathergirl Sian Lloyd, sportsman John Fashanu and dancer Wayne Sleep. Also taking part are former Corrie actor Chris Bisson, Changing Rooms designer Linda Barker and cricketer Phil Tufnell.
Already the bookies are predicting who'll follow in the footsteps of Tony Blackburn and emerge King or Queen of the Jungle, with both Tufnell and Bisson out in front with odds of 4/1. Fashanu is third favourite at 9/2, followed by Westbrook on 5/1, Barker on 6/1, Lloyd at odds of 13/2 and Sleep with 7/1. Worrall-Thompson is the rank outsider at 8/1.
More soon.
