Fashanu to take on the 'snake pit'
Published Friday, May 2 2003, 22:50 BST | By Neil Wilkes
I'm A Celebrity contender John Fashanu has yet again been voted by the British public to undertake the latest Bush Tucker trial.
As usual, Ant and Dec entered the camp to deliver the verdict to the group. After revealing that it was down to two -- John and Catalina -- the pair announced that John was the one who would be facing the snake pit later today.
"I'll give it a go," he told Phil in an apparently positive mood afterwards. "I can only do my best."
As the group gathered round to offer support, Antony dished out some wise words of advice. "Never squeeze the snakes," he told Fash. "That's when they get upset."
