Model and TV presenter Alex Best is the first name to be officially confirmed for ITV's upcoming third series of I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here!
The 31-year-old, wife of soccer legend George Best, will head out to the Australian bush at the end of the month before the show begins in February.
Other celebs will be confirmed by the end of this week; among those expected to be in the lineup are model Jordan, Sex Pistols frontman John Lydon, bad boy footballer Stan Collymore, convicted peer Lord Brockett and TV presenter Kerry McFadden.
Elsewhere, ex Boyzone singer Shane Lynch decided to pull out last night whilst comic Frank Carson, 77, was dropped because he has a heart pacemaker which would cost the programme makers too much to insure for.
Carson told The Sun: “I’ll pay the insurance if they let me go. I can’t be worth much. I’d make them laugh — it’s the way I tell ’em!???
