The other campmates gathered in the trials area to cheer on the former talkshow host as he navigated the Jungle Gym challenge, in which he had to use the special I'm A Celebrity... workout equipment.
Kilroy-Silk started by pedalling on the Bug Bike for one minute while cockroaches and other jungle critters were thrown towards him. He then had to complete the Push Ups Of Pain, during which he successfully retrieved three stars from boxes guarded by rats, worms and eels.
He then tackled the Bite Bag, a punch bag filled with green ants which he had to rip open for another star. This was followed by drinking a Super C Shake, a drink made up of cheese fruit, cockroaches and crickets.
The Death Row, which involved rowing with his head in a canopy of spiders and stick insects, was Kilroy-Silk's next task. Worms, cockroaches, slime and jungle fauna were later dropped on his head as he used a bench press during the Stench Press part of the challenge.
He finally had to manoeuvre two stars across the Sore-na, a contraption filled with snakes. He avoided the reptiles in order to retrieve the stars and win maximum points and a meal for the camp.
