Joe: 'First time nearly put me off'

I'm A Celebrity... star Joe Swash has revealed that the first time he had sex almost put him off.

The former EastEnders actor said that he lost his virginity with an older girl before his 16th birthday, but does not look back on the episode with fond memories.

"My first sexual experience was with an older girl and I didn't enjoy it at all. I wanted to do it when it wasn't legal before I was 16. She was 22 or 23. I imagined it was a lot better than what it really was," he told Esther Rantzen.

"It wasn't my girlfriend and it was in the bathroom. She planned it, she said come in here and she'd put blankets down on the floor. It wasn't the best experience, it put me off... I got back on the horse straight away but it took about a year because it is much more a mind thing than a physical thing. It messed my mind up."

Joe also opened up about the girl he is currently dating, saying: "She's a lovely, beautiful girl and I think: 'What is it she sees in me, why is she with me?'

"She's beautiful and funny and she doesn't know it, which is the biggest attraction to me. She underestimates herself."
