The former EastEnders actor secured a clean sweep of celebrity stars as he faced the Tower of Terror challenge.
Joe had volunteered himself for the task because he was bored of life in camp - but had second thoughts when he was told to change into a leotard.
"I was excited until I've seen what I've got to wear," he complained. "A man's leotard - I'm gonna look like a doughnut in this."
The trial saw Joe being challenged to scale the Tower of Terror and collect stars hanging from planks and poles within a five minute time limit.
Joe quickly made his way up the tower and it wasn't long until he had collected all six of the stars which were up for grabs.
Speaking afterwards, he revealed: "I'm so proud of myself. I'm not good with heights."
