Martina weeps over Nicola's exit

Martina Navratilova cried over Nicola McLean's departure from the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! jungle.

The former tennis champion broke down and confessed that she did not think it was Nicola's time to leave the show.

"I'm sad because Nicola's gone and I’m the only woman left and I will really miss her. It's not fair, I'm really disappointed. I thought it would be George or David," she said.

Meanwhile, David Van Day revealed that he was surprised to see Martina crying over the glamour model's exit.

"When Nicola left she hugged everyone except me. I put my arms out but she declined. I noticed there was a tear in Martina’s eyes and I thought: 'The tombstone does cry,'" he said.
