Celebrity Sleepover Camp, directed by Lou Diamond Phillips and produced by Stephen Baldwin, premiered during the latest instalment of the NBC programme.
It saw the jungle campers being killed off one by one in a variety of gruesome methods by an anonymous, mask-clad villain.
Speaking after the screening, Phillips said: "You could see how everybody was proud of the job they did. The filming of it was a great experience and the outcome was actually beyond my expectations."
Last night's episode also saw the boys' team winning an Italian feast in the food challenge after Lou Diamond Phillips completed a snake-related challenge just one second faster than Torrie Wilson.
Phillips later secured immunity from the public vote for the second week in a row after successfully balancing a bucket of slime on the end of a pole. Baldwin declined to participate, explaining that he would prefer to succeed on the public's goodwill.
Current camp leader John Salley was also given the power to select one other contestant to avoid elimination. He was provided with 20 seconds to make the decision but chose himself immediately.
Two stars will be eliminated from the jungle on Thursday night.
