Speaking on last night's episode, host Myleene Klass revealed that former supermodel Janice Dickinson was "not in the top two", while Patti Blagojevich was "not in the bottom two".
She added that just 1% separated this week's bottom two contestants ahead of tonight's live show, where two stars will be sent home from the Costa Rican jungle.
Lou Diamond Phillips secured immunity from the next elimination earlier this week after winning the latest endurance trial, while John Salley chose to save himself from the public vote in his new role as camp leader.
Last night's episode also saw the boys' team winning a Chinese takeaway in a spider-themed strength trial, after Salley and Stephen Baldwin beat Dickinson and Blagojevich.
Dickinson, who lost the trial by just over one minute, was later seen telling the contestants that it had been an "unmatched" competition.
Other highlights from the latest instalment included the stars being tasked with painting a self-portrait and Salley clashing with Sanjaya Malakar over his cooking skills.
