Montag, who entered the camp as a late replacement for older sister Heidi, was the first star to be given the axe in last night's episode.
Speaking after her elimination, she said: "I love you all so much, it was so awesome to meet you and I'll see you soon."
Former supermodel Dickinson later followed after Patti Blagojevich and Stephen Baldwin were declared safe. She had previously engaged in a war of words with camp leader John Salley over their vegetable rations.
Last night's instalment also saw the camp members being told that their current team arrangements had ended and they would now face individual challenges.
In their first solo trial, Blagojevich, Sanjaya Malakar and Lou Diamond Phillips each won a pizza feast after triumphing in a superhero-themed mud challenge.
Just six celebrities remain in the competition going into the final week.
