The American Idol finalist and the politician's wife were given the axe after 23 days in the Costa Rican jungle during last night's penultimate episode.
Malakar, who was eliminated first, told co-host Myleene Klass that he was "a little disappointed" to be leaving but was happy that he made it to the final five.
He added: "There's one more day and I'm ready to watch my fellow campmates battle it out."
Speaking following her departure, Blagojevich said: "I'm proud of myself. I didn't expect to last that long, I was pleasantly surprised. But once I got here I felt myself getting stronger and stronger with every passing day and it was a great experience.
"I've left behind three incredible people and I'm honoured to lose to any of them."
Last night's instalment also saw the stars receiving prizes at the First Annual Jungle Awards. Trophies handed out included More Than Just A Pretty Face to Torrie Wilson and I'm A Celebrity Now to Blagojevich.
Only three contestants remain ahead of tonight's final.
