Last week, actor Lou Diamond Phillips was announced as the winner of the reality show. The series' presenters Damien Fahey and Myleene Klass have speculated on the celebrities they would like to see on the next instalment.
"I would love to see Clay Aiken, maybe Lance Bass and Paris Hilton on [next season]. Boy George too," Damien Fahey told TV Guide. "Lindsay Lohan would be great. I think you need someone huge, like a Tom Cruise or something. Imagine that."
Klass said that her ultimate choice would be Angelina Jolie, and that Cruise's Jerry Maguire co-star Cuba Gooding Jr "could do really well" on the NBC programme. "He looks like he could handle the jungle," she added.
Fahey revealed that he is not aware of a "100 per cent confirmation" that a second series will transpire, though Klass suggested that it will take place.
"That's what I've been told," she said. "I certainly hope so since they told me to say that."
I’m A Celebrity proved both a ratings hit and source of controversy for the US Network, due to Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt leaving the show four times.
Pratt recently announced he would return for another season.
