The former Gladiators and TMI host will take over from Mark Durden-Smith, Matt Willis and Emma Griffiths when the reality series returns in November.
It was revealed in June that Griffiths and Willis would not be returning to the show due to family commitments.
"I have been a huge fan of I'm A Celebrity since it began and I'm really looking forward to presenting the ITV2 show," the 28-year-old told The Sun.
"It's always been my favourite reality programme and I can't wait to get all the gossip out of this year's celebrities when they come out of the jungle."
Other presenters rumoured to be in the running for the job were Sky Sports' Georgie Thompson, Michael Underwood and his partner Angellica Bell, and former contestants David Van Day and Timmy Mallet.
