Nancy Sorrell evicted from 'Celebrity' camp

Nancy Sorrell has tonight become the first contestant to be evicted from the I'm A Celebrity camp.

In a surprise result, her husband Vic Reeves had joined her in the bottom two. "It's alright," he told her when the result was announced. "I'll be out tomorrow."

Within minutes she had said her final goodbyes, left the camp and joined hosts Ant and Dec back in the studio.

"I think it's sad," she said of her exit. "I think people wanted to split us up a bit. When Jim came it helped me a little. Maybe people were a little jealous but I don't know."

Asked how he would cope without her, she answered: "Not very well. Maybe he'll come out tomorrow though. I want him to!"

Of the jungle experience, she added: "When I first went in - well, going in by plane was not what I expected - but it was just unbelievable. I eased myself in and you've just got to go in and do it, you haven't got a choice."

Another celebrity will be kicked tomorrow night.
