Peter Andre 'quits I'm A Celeb job'

Peter Andre has reportedly cancelled plans to provide I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! updates for This Morning.

According to The Mirror, the TV star made the decision after hearing that his ex-wife Katie Price had signed up for the jungle.

It is thought that Andre had previously agreed to fly out to Australia and present behind-the-scenes updates as part of his role as This Morning's showbiz reporter.

A source said: "Pete was really looking forward to going back to the jungle, but as soon as he found out that Katie was going to appear, he said there was no chance in hell he would go.

"Pete reckons there's no way he could speculate on Katie's antics and any outback flirtations in an unbiased way. This Morning executives are livid."

Andre recently announced that he will have his children with him for the next month. Though his ex-partner Price has not been officially announced as part of the new Celebrity lineup, she has been widely tipped to make a surprise entrance after the new run kicks off.
