The pair had been picked by their fellow celebrities to camp overnight on an island and take part in a challenge which would affect the whole group.
The next morning, D'Acampo and Fox discovered that they were responsible for winning beds and food for the celebrities' camp.
The duo both took part in the 'All Washed Up' trial, which saw them facing crabs, an octopus, water spiders and eels to win the group stars.
Meanwhile, Fox was examined by a medic after fears that she had been bitten by tics, which bury into the skin and suck blood. However, she was later reassured that she was free from the mites.
I'm A Celebrity starts tonight at 9pm on ITV1.
