The duo took part in a challenge titled All Washed Up, which would determine the number of beds and meals the 11 celebrities would be given at their camp.
For the first part of the task, D'Acampo and Fox grabbed stars out of some wreckage on the beach, which was guarded by a crab and an octopus. The second task, which was called Smuggle, challenged the duo to hold a spider in their mouth for 30 seconds. Despite D'Acampo confessing to a fear of spiders, both contestants completed the task.
For their third challenge, they had to place their heads in urns, which were filled with yabbies and beach worms. They both completed it successfully.
In her final challenge, Fox had to to enter a cabin filled with crabs, eels and yabbies to find two stars. However, she failed, complaining that the water was "so dirty you can't see".
Gino's last task involved him wearing a helmet which was filled with spiders for 90 seconds. He endured the test and won the camp a further three stars. Afterwards, Ant & Dec awarded the duo a key and hammock to take back to their camp.
Viewers yesterday voted for TV presenter and cleaner Kim Woodburn to take part in the next busktucker trial The Dread Descent.
I'm A Celebrity... continues tonight at 9pm on ITV1.
