The How Clean Is Your House? star also received immunity from the first public vote after her victory.
The exiled celebrities had taken part in a game called 'Gone Fishing', in which they had to guard a rod and stop its float from touching the water by winding the reel.
Sam Fox was the first celebrity to lose the contest, followed by George Hamilton, who had taken time out to go to the toilet. Meanwhile, Gino D'Acampo was disappointed when he was disqualified.
Lucy Benjamin and Woodburn were the last two celebrities to take part, and the game eventually ended in a draw. To decide the winner, the pair had to guess how long the celebrities had been competing in the bush battle to the nearest hour, minute and second.
Benjamin guessed three hours, 50 minutes and 29 seconds, but Woodburn was closest with her estimate of four hours, 10 minutes and 30 seconds.
Benjamin later described herself as "pig sick", while Woodburn said: "I totally guessed. Not a flaming clue."
