The news means that Gino D'Acampo, Sam Fox and Lucy Benjamin will all face the first vote, which will take place tomorrow.
Before the bush battle, Fox said that she wasn't ready to go home yet, while Benjamin explained: "I'm worried that it'll be me that goes if I don't win today, so I think it's my last chance of staying in, because I think out of the group I'll probably be the first one to go."
The exiled celebrities were asked to take part in a 'Slow Boat To Nowhere' challenge, in which they had to sit in a boat and ring a bell when they thought an hour had passed .
D'Acampo tried to count by tapping his boat, as did Fox. However, Hamilton spent his time speaking to Fox and Benjamin and rang his bell because he was bored.
The others soon followed, and Benjamin revealed that Hamilton had won by ringing his bell at 59 minutes and 58 seconds.
However, all of the exiled contestants returned to base camp so that they could spend their last 24 hours together.
