The former Liberty X popstar, who has been in Australia supporting Price on I'm A Celebrity..., spoke to her on spinoff show Get Me Out Of Here Now!.
Heaton explained to Price that the cage fighter had been speaking to the tabloid press about his plans to propose to her in Australia.
"As a friend, what would you tell me to do right now?" asked Price.
The Celebrity Big Brother contestant replied: "You need to get rid of him, baby. I've told you... I don't know whether he's here yet or what. We don't know... you need to make your own decision. Which you always do."
Price added: "I tell you what. If he's done stories... that is it."
I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here Now!, which is hosted by Caroline Flack and Joe Swash, airs tomorrow at 10pm on ITV1.
