After Gino D'Acampo won the group a main course each, White was charged with securing their three deserts.
Preparing for his challenge, the former snooker champion was locked into a chamber with leg irons, handcuffs and a waist belt. Five keys were dropped into the chamber and he had to unlock each of the padlocks around his arms, legs and waist.
The first three locks successfully freed would bag a desert for each of the celebrities and, if he managed to unlock the remaining two, would also get two personal treats.
Heavily restrained inside the chamber, the task began. Immediately, water started flooding in as a key fell to the floor. White located it quickly as yabbies poured down upon him and unlocked a wrist. With the water rising up to his chest, he had to force himself down onto the chamber floor to pick up the second key and unlock a leg.
By now, hundreds of big water spiders were poured onto him. He found the third key just as biting barramundi showered down around him and the water rose up to his neck.
Constantly having to rise up and gasp for air, White eventually managed to unlock another manacle. Thrashing around in the critter-infested water, he could not get the fifth key before his time ran out. Pleased with winning all three deserts and one personal treat, White said of the task afterwards: "I got panicky, the water level got very high, very quickly."
