The comedian was voted out of the jungle last night alongside Kayla Collins in a surprise double elimination.
"I haven't seen my cheekbones since 1999," he told Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford on This Morning. "It's insane. It was like going on a forced bootcamp detox - but someone has paid you to do it.
"It wasn't pleasant, but it did it!"
Revealing his weight loss, Joly continued: "I lost 24 lbs - that's two stone pretty much. [I'm down] two trouser sizes, two t-shirt sizes - it's amazing.
He joked: "I've been wandering around the pool at the hotel in just a little thong!"
