The actor and singer came third in the 2006 series of ITV's jungle reality show. Speaking on Signal 1, Donovan confirmed that he had not yet been approached appearing in the series, which would celebrate the programme's 10th anniversary.
"I enjoyed the experience enough to say yes if they asked me," he said. "I haven't been approached, but I didn’t win the show, I came third."
Reports have claimed that Kerry Katona has refused to participate if Katie Price is also invited. Asked if he would not like to be reunited with anyone from his series, he added: "I don't harbour bad feelings for anyone - life is too short. It was a great experience for me and I would definitely go back."
He added: "I always like to be known as the guy who didn't eat the anus! I left that to Matt Willis. So maybe he can go back there and fondle away."
