McFly Dougie Poynter, Mark Wright: 'I'm a Celebrity' lineup confirmed

The Only Way Is Essex star Mark Wright, ex-jockey Willie Carson and McFly's Dougie Poynter will be among the famous faces taking part in this year's I'm a Celebrity.

Ten celebrities will be heading into the jungle later this week to face tough challenges and bushtucker trials in the hope that they will be crowned King or Queen of the Jungle.

The other seven stars heading to Australia include Hollywood actress Stefanie Powers, model Jessica-Jane Clement, singer Freddie Starr and Olympic athlete Fatima Whitbread.

Completing the lineup are Emmerdale's Lorraine Chase, Corrie star Antony Cotton and Benidorm actress Crissy Rock.

National Television Award-winning duo Ant & Dec will host the 11th series of the reality hit. I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here... Now will return on ITV2 with new presenter Laura Whitmore.

Simon Cowell's close friend Sinitta reportedly pulled out of taking part in the show at the last minute because of her phobias about snakes and bugs.

Previous winners of the series have included Kerry Katona, Tony Blackburn, Matt Willis and Stacey Solomon.

I'm a Celebrity starts on Sunday at 9pm on ITV1.
