I'm a Celebrity's Pat Sharp has concluded that the public are punishing him for his treatment of Lorraine Chase's teddy bear.

The Fun House star, who was voted to partake in his second successive bushtucker trial in Tuesday's show, angered campmates by ranting against the bear.

Upon hearing the news, Sharp said: "I think people at home want to see me do trials at the moment because I've become the person they want to see go through a tough time, which is fine.

"I mean Sinitta went through a tough time because she showed cowardice. I'm going through a tough time because I threatened to cut a bear's head off."

The 50-year-old added: "It's tough out there. Welcome to the real world. Welcome to the jungle."

Sharp's bushtucker trial scenes will air tonight on I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! at 8.30pm on ITV1.
