Peter Andre 'returning to I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!'

Peter Andre has revealed that he may return to I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! this week.

The 'Mysterious Girl' singer, who competed in the ITV contest's third series in 2004, hinted that show bosses would be sending him into the jungle after a three-day stint on sister show I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here Now!.

"They've blocked one day out and they've told me, 'You'll see what happens'," he explained to the Daily Mail. "I don't know what they're doing. Am I going in?

"I'm looking forward to it, though. I wouldn't mind going in there, as long as I'm not competing. I'd definitely drop in there for a day or two to have some fun."

Andre added that he expected his trip to the Australian bush to be an "emotional" experience, as it was the place where he met ex-wife Katie Price.

"It's been emotional to return here," he said. "I had some mixed feelings yesterday. I've been back to Australia since the jungle, but never back there.

"The last time I came here single, I ended up walking out and getting married. This time I'm going to try and stay single."

Price herself returned as a contestant on the 2009 series of I'm a Celebrity.

Both were touted to appear on an 'ultimate' version of the show, though plans for an all-star edition have apparently been scrapped by ITV.
