The 'So Macho' singer was eliminated over Crissy Rock after receiving the fewest viewer votes to save.
Sinitta was a late entrant to the camp along with Fun House favourite Pat Sharp. She was voted to take on three bushtucker trials during the series, including this year's special live challenge.
"I love you guys," she declared while hugging her co-stars goodbye.
Speaking to Ant & Dec after the result, Sinitta claimed that she "knew" she would be voted out tonight, but was happy to have conquered her fears.
"I wanted to...face my fears and not be afraid of everything," she said. "I was starting to really love it. Every day [I was] waking up feeling better and better, sleeping better and better."
Sinitta also played down the apparent tension between Sharp and some of his campmates, saying: "He wants to win. He's not afraid of anything so when we all start fussing about stuff... he doesn't really understand people's deep seated fears."
The 43-year-old finished the interview by insisting that her cowardly displays, though potentially "irritating", were completely genuine.
Ant & Dec confirmed that the bottom two in tomorrow night's vote will face a bushtucker trial to stay in the show.
Stefanie Powers was the first person to be voted out of this year's I'm a Celebrity yesterday (November 24).
Comedian Freddie Starr left of his own accord in the opening days of the programme after being hospitalised with a suspected allergic reaction.
I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here continues tomorrow (November 26) at 9.45pm on ITV1.
