Rock, who was the seventh celebrity eliminated from the jungle this year, said that the hardest part of the ITV1 reality show was missing her family and friends back home.
"It was a rollercoaster of emotions, it was like being under a microscope but in a nice way and you're often thinking about people back home," she told Digital Spy. "They can see you but obviously you can't see them so you would often think, 'Are they OK?'"
The Benidorm star also played down her spat with Coronation Street actor Antony Cotton on the show, claiming that "deep down inside he's a nice person".
"I did get a bit confused when he said some nasty things about other people. They say keep your friends close and your enemies closer, so I will stay in touch with Anthony - he's my new bezzie friend!"
Rock revealed that her stint in the Aussie jungle had also brought her many health benefits. "Before I went into the jungle I wasn't eating good food - I am grab and go! I kept Greggs in business, I should have shares in that company!" she said.
"I always bought two sausage rolls! I now plan what I am going to eat without becoming obsessive about it."
The comic added that she is hoping to be reunited with Peter Andre, who she met in the jungle, claiming that she had swapped numbers with the pop singer.
"I'm hoping to take my friend Carol to meet him - she's a bigger fan than me so I'm really excited!" said Rock. "He's got an open invite to mine and I am very much looking forward to catching up!"
