Dean and David create a stir with dishes

Dean and David - left at camp alone - have upset the other I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here contestants with their unconventional washing up methods.

The pair were ordered to do the dishes as Myleene, Jason and Matt headed off for Thursday's Bushtucker Trial.

Despite David's previous reluctance to work, they at least managed to get started, even naming their partnership “DG”. They even managed to get the washing up done - but ruined it all with their admission when the others returned.

“We used a different solution – a combination of shampoo and body lotion – it's white and it made the dishes clean,” David confessed, albeit with pride.

“Yeah, but it's moisturiser,” replied an irritated Jason. “I don’t really want my food being cooked on lotion.”

Not only had they used hair products on dishes, David and Dean had managed to let the fire go out after three weeks weeks of constant burning - and use up all the real washing up liquid.

However, ultimately the campmates were happy that their friends had got something done. “We felt that David having just made an attempt to do something was a step forward for all us,” admitted Jason, Myleene adding: “I have never seen David so proud to show his handiwork."
