"He'd be really funny, he'd probably win. And he's lost so much weight, even the lack of food wouldn't bother him," they told the Daily Star.
Moyles signed with Ant & Dec's manager last month as he looks to move into TV work following his Radio 1 stint.
Ant & Dec previously named Tim Westwood and Grace Jones as their dream I'm a Celebrity contestants.
"Tim would be amazing. He's top of our list," Ant McPartlin said. "I know the producers have asked him a couple of times before and he has said no, but the thing is, eventually they all say yes. We just wear them down."
Declan Donnelly added: "I did hear that Grace Jones is going in after her performance at the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Concert in June. She'd be great in the jungle swinging that bamboo hoop around!"
Coronation Street's Ryan Thomas and former Celebrity Big Brother star Brigitte Nielsen have been linked to the upcoming 12th series of I'm a Celebrity, which will air on ITV1 in November.
