The former soap star recently worked with Patel on short film The Runaway, shot in London at the beginning of November.

"So proud of @helenflanagan," Patel posted on Twitter.
The British Asian star also wrote: "Come on @helenflanagan1 you can do it #teamhelen" and "Sad to see @helenflanagan1cry."
Pictures released from the set of the film show Flanagan's character getting into an altercation with Patel before he forces her into a white car.
"@helenflanagan1 Thank you. Loved u as a co star !! #greatactress," Patel commented after the project wrapped.
The actress also tweeted an image of the pair together.
London-born Patel made his Bollywood debut in 2006 with 36 China Town and has gone on to act in half a dozen Hindi releases.
