Despite recent concerns voiced by Flanagan's parents, the 22-year-old former Corrie actress secured 12 stars as she stuck her head through 6 separate perplex boxes filled with creepy crawlies while manourvering a star through a maze.
One of the boxes contained 1,000 cockroaches, one swarmed with snakes, while another crawled with tiny crabs which climbed across Flanagan's face.
But Flanagan powered through before removing the stars at the end of each maze from the boxes with her teeth.
A flabbergasted Ant asked the star after her shock success: "Who are you and what have you done with Helen Flanagan?"
Flanagan responded by saying: "I've never been so happy.
"I've never been so proud of myself - I feel on cloud nine. I can't tell you how scared I was."
On Saturday night's ITV1 show, Flanagan pulled out of her fifth trial before it had even begun, stating she'd had "enough".
This prompted angry responses by fellow campmates Charlie Brooks and new contestant Limahl.
I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here continues tonight on ITV1 at 9.00pm.
