The Coronation Street star, who caused a stir during her time in the jungle, looked surprised after receiving the fewest public votes.
She told Ant and Dec after her exit: "Even though some of the trials were quite bad, I'm proud of myself. It wasn't my fault that I kept getting the trials. It was like doom."
Flanagan denied allegations that she was playing a game on the show, following her miraculous triumph in one of the later Bushtucker Trials, in which she won 12 stars.
"I wish," she said. "Ever since I've been here I've been cringing about how I'm going to look on these trials."
The actress added that she "absolutely loved" everyone in the camp - even Eric Bristow - and backed David Haye to win.
Haye and Bristow remain in the jungle alongside Hugo Taylor, Charlie Brooks, Ashley Roberts and Rosemary Shrager.
I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! continues tomorrow (November 27) at 8.30pm on ITV1.
